I hate it when you sit on hold after navigating through a maze of numbered options only to reach a grumpy person unwilling to help.
I learned today that this is not always the case. After a short time on hold I was greeted by a guy that called me boss and came on the line saying, “You’ve reached the wonderful world of Telus, what can I do for you today?”
He sounded happy. So happy, he could have told me he was disconnecting my phone and I would have thanked him.
After he changed what I needed, I thanked him and he closed the conversation with, “no problem boss”.
They should clone him. Thank you Telus Guy.
